Skyscanner’s ambitious international development plans has seen the website listed as the top travel company for growing international sales by the Sunday Times.

Skyscanner was 19th in the latest league table from the national newspaper, having recently opened offices in China and Singapore. Its international sales have more than doubled (129. 65%) to GBP21.2 million.

Leisure Pass Group featured 55th in the list with international sales up 76.8% too GBP11.9m.

ACC Aviation featured at 95th, while Rocco Forte Hotels has seen a 40.19% increase in international sales to GBP130.7m.

Other companies featured in the Sunday Times International Track 200 included Airline Services at 190th, JacTravel at 191st and Merlin Entertainments at 198th, with the latter seeing a 24.53% rise in international sales.

Merlin was also named ‘Britain’s Best Brand 2013’ at the ceremony announcing the top 200, which it received for its growing portfolio and consistency of service across its 98 attractions and eight hotels.
