Cosmos Tours extends contact centre opening hours

Cosmos Tours has extended its contact centre opening hours until 31 January to provide agents with the flexibility and support of being able to check availability, hold options and confirm bookings during peak period weekday evenings.
With immediate affect, opening hours from Monday to Friday are from 8.30am to 9pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday from 10am to 4pm. This applies to both Avalon Waterways and Cosmos Tours & Cruises.
Cosmos Tours has also added a low deposit offer of £49 per person to its range of early booking offers.
The offers also include up to £100 off long haul bookings, £50 off short haul bookings as well as receiving a FREE Kindle Fire per booking.
A free upgrade on inbound flights with British Airways or Virgin Atlantic on selected North American routes is also on offer.
Customers can also take advantage of an airport hotel offer of £49 per room and a ‘Start in Style’ home pick up service for £49 per car.
For Avalon Waterways, savings of up to £2000 per booking are available on a choice of river cruises and departure dates. For every Avalon Waterways booking made, agents can earn £100 Love2shop vouchers.
