Hilton has opened its first ever hotel in central China’s Henan province.
The Hilton Zhengzhou is set in a 39-storey building in the centre of Henan’s provincial capital. It features 448 rooms and suites, all with iPod docking stations and Wi-Fi, plus a range of leisure facilities including an indoor swimming pool and spa.
In terms of F&B, the hotel offers for four restaurants including Chinese and Italian speciality outlets, while the corporate market is also catered to with more than 2,000m² of conference and banqueting space, including a large ballroom.
“As the capital city of Henan province, Zhengzhou is not only enjoying rapid economic development, but… is also establishing itself as one of China’s top tourist destinations,” said Rob Palleschi, global head of Hilton Hotel & Resorts. “We look forward to offering travellers to this important gateway city.”
Hilton now operates more than 30 hotels in mainland China, covering 20 cities.
