Singapore Airlines‘ frequent flyer programme, KrisFlyer, has been expanded to include the flights of Scoot and Tigerair.

From April 2015, the partnership will enable KrisFlyer members to redeem their miles for travel vouchers with both Singapore-based low-cost carriers. SIA also plans to allow frequent flyers to earn miles with Scoot and Tigerair by the end of the year.

“We are very pleased to be bringing Scoot and Tigerair into the KrisFlyer family and to offer our members more ways to use their miles,” said SIA’s senior vice president of marketing planning, Lee Wen Fen.

“Scoot and Tigerair are already important parts of the SIA Group’s portfolio of airlines. Including them as KrisFlyer partners is a natural development and will help us live up to our promise to constantly offer more benefits to our members.”
