Singapore Airlines has formed a new partnership with Ming Court, the two Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong, to improve the Cantonese cuisine offered on its flights.

From 30 October 2016 to 30 April 2017, passengers travelling in all cabin classes on flights from Hong Kong to Singapore or San Francisco will be served a healthy new menu designed by Ming Court’s executive chef Mango Tsang Chiu Lit.

Ming Court is located in the Cordis Hong Kong, which was formerly known as the Langham Place Hotel.

“Ming Court is devoted to customers’ well-being and is also known for choosing the finest seasonal ingredients in creating the best authentic Chinese dishes,” said Chef Mango. “We incorporated our belief into the new in-flight menu of Singapore Airlines, using nutritious ingredients.

“We are confident that these dishes by Ming Court will impress and elevate the dining experience even for the Chinese food gourmands from Hong Kong,” he added.

Ingredients used in the in-flight dishes include cordycep flower, ginseng and wolfberry, all of which have medicinal qualities.
