Bigger aircraft for BA’s Jeddah route

British Airways has deployed a Boeing 777-200 on its Jeddah route. The city will also benefit from an increased flight schedule with daily flights available to London.
The announcement is part of British Airways’ investment in Saudi Arabia and wider Middle East region. Keith Williams, executive chairman of British Airways said: “We believe there is huge potential to grow our offering further. We are, investing GBP 5bn in products and services, including cabins, lounges, and new technologies in the air and on ground across the world.”
The new, redesigned first will now be available to and from Jeddah. Following the launch of the new aircraft, the airline offers daily flights from both Jeddah and Riyadh.
